What’s there left to say about Ru Paul?
This is a guy that knows what he wants and goes for it. The transformations in both appearance and his career are astounding and impressive. Life is a series of decisions and he’s made plenty of them. I doubt any were all that simple, but when made with honesty and confidence, how could they not work? Ru Paul is a role model, not for any specific genre, group or letter in an acronym, but for everyone that can recognise the qualities of honesty with yourself and everyone around you and the determination to be who you are and who you want to be.
In a crazy and prejudiced world Ru Paul has had an amazing entertainment career. TV host, radio host, singer, performer… he doesn’t stop. How he doesn’t stop in those stilleto heels is beyond me. He’s the same age as I am and I could not pull off high heels. I haven’t tried, I just know. Those heels are a good parallel to what is Ru Paul. If you can be that tall and not only walk in those high heels but look that good, you can do anything you want with your life and do it well.

I met him/her last night at Nir Zilbermans store; Just One LA in Hollywood. “Being Alive” was a fund-raising event for the victims of AIDS/HIV. RuPaul donated $50,000.00! God bless his/her heart.

Started with Wikipedia reading about “Torch Song Trilogy”, then searched Harvey Fierstein, then Rupaul off that.. then searched “Rupaul” with Google, and clicked on the photo.. Over here, you don’t hear a whole lot about Rupaul, or any LGBT stuff from USA actually. I remember Rupaul on, I think, a cable station in NYC interviewing drag queen street workers, lined up at night down in the Bowery, 15 or more years ago, and from that video with the line: “Girl, you better WORK” -RP is gorgeous, and very tall..

Honestly, I was googling for RuPaul images out of curiosity to figure out whether his boobs were real (i.e. implants) or fake (i.e. pushup bras). Howdya like that? He’s got a pretty nice rack, in all honesty.

I admire everything RuPaul stands for. It’s inspiring how one person can change would views, at least to a certain extent.
